As a vendor on the Randoms platform, you are responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by following our guidelines for signing up, uploading product images, providing product descriptions, and more. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.

SIGNING UP

To become a vendor on Randoms, you must:

1. Provide accurate and complete information during the sign-up process.
2. Verify your email address and phone number.
3. Agree to the Randoms Vendor Agreement and all related policies.

PRODUCT IMAGE QUALITY

High-quality product images are essential to providing customers with an accurate representation of your products. To ensure a consistent and professional look on the platform, vendors must follow these guidelines for image quality:

1. Images must be clear and in focus.
2. Images must be at least 500 pixels wide.
3. Images must be in JPG or PNG format.
4. Images must be taken on a white background.

If a product image does not meet these guidelines, Randoms reserves the right to request a new image from the vendor.

PRODUCT IMAGE SIZE

To ensure fast load times and a positive user experience, vendors must follow these guidelines for image size:

1. Images must be no larger than 200KB in size.
2. Images must be at least 500 pixels wide.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Accurate and complete product descriptions are essential to helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. To ensure a positive customer experience, vendors must follow these guidelines for product descriptions:

1. Provide a clear and concise title that accurately describes the product.
2. Provide a detailed description that includes all relevant product details, such as size, color, material, and care instructions.
3. Use proper grammar and spelling in all product descriptions.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Randoms prohibits the sale of certain items on the platform, including but not limited to:

1. Illegal products, including drugs and weapons.
2. Counterfeit products.
3. Products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Stolen goods.

Any vendor found selling prohibited items will have their account suspended or terminated.
