SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping through reputable carriers. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of the order. Each vendor on our platform determines their own shipping and delivery dates, which will be displayed on each product listing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

Customers may return products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers must notify Randoms within 24 hours of receiving the order to initiate a return.

Vendors are responsible for handling returns and exchanges for their products. Customers should contact the vendor directly for return and exchange requests. Vendors must follow Randoms’ return policy and provide refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product is defective or incorrect, customers must notify Randoms within 24 hours of receiving the order to initiate a return or exchange. Randoms will work with the vendor to resolve the issue, and if necessary, will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective or incorrect product and provide a full refund or exchange.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ISSUES

If a customer experiences issues with shipping and delivery that cannot be resolved directly with the vendor, they should contact Randoms for assistance. Randoms will work with the customer and the vendor to resolve the issue and ensure timely delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Vendors are responsible for handling cancellations for their products. Customers should contact the vendor directly to cancel an order.

If an order has already been shipped, customers may return the product according to the Returns policy.

Shipping and Returns

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 6 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include Sundays or holidays. Purchases made after 6 pm WAT will not be shipped out until the next day. If you order after 6pm WAT on a Saturday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Once we have shipped your purchased item, we will send you a tracking code.

Delivery within Nigeria may take up to 3 days depending on your location and a week for other African countries.

For the US and other Europian countries, it may take up to 2 weeks.

our order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Otade SkinCare & Spa cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship-to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.

For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

ORDER INFORMATION & CONCERNS

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

“Unfulfilled” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to “Fulfilled.”

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com
